• Pain Management.  We believe, as in human medicine, that pain control is a critical part of animal treatment.  Too often, veterinarians and owners overlook pain in patients because our animals are stoic creatures, bearing pain with little outward indication.  Research has shown time and again that our animal friends suffer pain in the same manner we do---and pain is always easier to prevent earlier rather than treat later in the cycle.  Our doctors use the latest analgesics and therapies (including acupuncture) to aggressively prevent and manage pain.  While this adds slightly to your costs, we would not allow our own pets to be in pain when preventable---and we won't let yours, either.  Pain management is always part of surgery and therapeutic plans, and we will never just send your pets out the door without appropriate medication to alleviate their discomfort.

• Staffing.  Maintaining enough "hands on deck" is also a critical difference between our facility and many others.  In some clinics, you may find that the Receptionist is also the Vet Tech and Kennel Help, oft times the only other person in the clinic other than the veterinarian!  At All Creatures Animal Hospital, you will find we have numerous Client Care Specialists to assist you in the Reception Room and on the telephone, multiple Veterinary Nurses in the Examination and Treatment Rooms to provide care, cleanliness and safe animal handling, and a Patient Advocate to track the progress of your animal, contact you with healthcare status updates and help with any questions you may have before, during and after your visit.  Having the right number of people to do the job right ensures that appointments are kept on time, billing errors are eliminated, and prescriptions are ready promptly.  Our friendly staff sees to all of your pet's needs, while ensuring that your experience with our Hospital is as pleasant and convenient as possible!

• Services.  Our facility provides routine wellness examinations and preventive care for all stages of your pet's life, including newborns, adolescents, adults, and seniors. Critical health maintenance services may be scheduled including dental care, parasite prevention and treatment, vaccines, spay and neuter and routine labwork.  We have extensive diagnostic and treatment facilities providing the highest quality care for your animals, using cutting-edge technology and surgical technique, usually at lower cost than big-box corporate practices or high-priced referral centers.

• Prices.  While we are not a "budget" practice, we provide some of the best, most comprehensive and personalized veterinary care available in the Inland Empire.  Quotes provided are the out-the-door price you pay for surgical services, (including hospital bed, surgeon, preanesthesia blood testing, anesthesia, intravenous catheters and fluids, vital sign monitoring, post-surgical antibiotics and pain medications).   We will never quote you a lower fee just to bring you in the door, and then surprise you with expensive add-ons after you arrive or at check-out.
