Order Your Prescription Refills Online!

If you wish to refill prescription medications and special diets through our website, please complete the form below and click on the Submit button. Do you have trouble remembering infrequent medications, such as a monthly dose? Try this email and text alert system: Remind My Pet.

You may reorder any prescriptions which have previously been issued to your pet from our Hospital. We will call you as soon as your prescription is ready for pick-up, usually the next business day.

If you are interested in having your prescription shipped directly to your home, we have a prescription mailing service, similar to the online pharmacies. Shipping is included in the price and the items will be delivered directly to your location from the Proxy Rx pharmacy in approximately four days. As we do not have to label or count these refills, they are actually less expensive than coming in for a refill, and we pass that cost savings on to you. You may also obtain overnight shipping at a greater charge. Proxy Rx also stocks prescription diets. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards as payment for prescriptions to be shipped.

PLEASE NOTE that this service is for EXISTING clients and patients only! Your pet must have been examined by our veterinarians within the previous 12 months, and the prescription must have been previously recorded in your animal's health record in order for us to process refills. As required by State and Federal law, prescriptions may not be issued without an appropriate examination of the patient prior to the prescription being written. Pharmacy laws also prohibit the return of prescription items once they have been delivered to the client.

If you prefer, you may also place your order via facsimile. Please include the following information in your request, either below or using the Facsimile Refill Form:

Your name, address, and telephone number as associated with your billing credit or debit card,

If you wish your items shipped, the shipping address, if different from your billing address,

Your debit or credit card information if you desire to have your refill shipped. However, we recommend calling or faxing the credit card information, as this is not a secured email website.
