Dr. Rebecca Ringwald

Staff Veterinary Surgeon

Dr. Ringwald received her veterinary degree from Purdue University.  She completed a small animal internship at University of Illinois and a small animal surgery residency at Ohio State University.  She also has certification in canine physical rehabilitation and small animal acupuncture.  She has practiced in southern California for over 25 years as a staff surgeon, canine physical rehabilitation therapist, and acupuncturist.  She emphasizes client education, to provide owners with the tools needed to make informed decisions for their pets.  Her goals for her patients are to eliminate pain and maximize mobility, function, and quality of life.  Dr. Ringwald enjoys spending her spare time with her husband, 3 sons, 2 dogs, and 5 cats.

Dr. Carmela Panza

Dr. Carmela Panza has always been an animal enthusiast. She had the luxury of growing up on a farm with a lot of animals to tend to. At the age of 5 she already knew she wanted to take care of animals. As she got older, she developed an even deeper passion for animals and biology. She fulfilled her thirst for knowledge by attending CSU Polytechnic Pomona with a Bachelor's in Biology followed by Western University of Health Sciences in Pomona with a veterinary medical degree. While working in the field of veterinary medicine as a technician she became particularly intrigued by the feline species. She worked at an all feline hospital as a technician and has worked as a doctor with felines since graduating in 2007. Her goals include becoming boarded in feline medicine as well as continuing to be a lifelong learner. During her free time she enjoys spending time with her two cats, two dogs, snake, bunny and two turtles. She also finds time to spend riding around southern California on her motorcycle. She also loves to get her hands dirty with planting vegetables, working on projects around the house and going on enduring hikes.
